In order to protect the proper handling of customers’ personal information used by the Company in the course of business, Planet Management Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) complies with laws and regulations concerning the protection of personal information and other norms, and strives to properly manage and protect the information held by the Company. 

1. Information to be acquired and method of acquisition

■Other information that the customer has authorized to disclose to the partner party by the     privacy setting of the external service

The company will use the acquired customer information for the purposes set out below. 

              ■Provision of Services 

              ■Customer traffic measurement and behavior measurement 

              ■Distribution of advertisements and confirmation of their effectiveness 

              ■Implementation of important notices such as changes to the Terms of Use related to the Service 

              ■Other purposes specified in various services provided by the Company 

3. Provision of personal information to third parties

The Company will not provide personal information among customer information to a third party without obtaining the consent of the customer in advance. 

However, in the following cases, customer information may be provided to third parties without limitation. 

(1) In the case of cooperation with external services or authentication using external services, the department service operation concerned when providing customer information to the company. 

(2) A national institution, a local government, or a person entrusted by them carries out the affairs prescribed by laws and regulations. On the other hand, it is necessary for the Company to cooperate, and obtaining consent from the customer hinders the execution of the affairs concerned when there is a risk of influence.

5. Disclosure of personal information 

When the Company is requested by a customer to disclose personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law, the Company shall notify the customer after confirming that the request is from the person himself/herself, we will disclose it to the customer without delay. 

However, this does not apply if the Company is not obligated to disclose personal information under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations. For specific contact information for requests for disclosure of personal information, procedures, and fees, please refer to “Disclosure, correction, addition, and deletion of personal information.”  

6. Correction of Personal Information and Suspension of Use, etc.

(1) The Company shall notify the customer that the content of personal information is not true and that it has been corrected, added, or deleted (hereinafter referred to as “correction, etc.”) when requested, please confirm that it is a request from the customer himself / herself and investigate without delay. Based on the results, we will correct the contents of personal information and notify the customer to that effect. 

(2) The Company may suspend or delete the use of personal information based on the following reasons (hereinafter referred to as “Use of suspension, etc.”), delay after confirming that the request is from the customer himself / herself. We will conduct a survey without any problems, and based on the results, we will suspend the use of personal information as necessary, etc., and notify that effect to the customer. 

①The reason why personal information is handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use announced in advance. 

②The reason why personal information has been acquired by deception or other means 

(3) If the Company is not obligated to make corrections, etc. or suspend use under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations, the provisions of Paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Article shall not apply.

8. Revisions

We will change this Policy at our discretion. However, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law and other laws and regulations, 

If the necessary procedures for revision are stipulated, the necessary procedures for revision shall be made based on the relevant laws and regulations.
