If you have an e-mail address, please reply to the “pre-check-in” e-mail that you will receive 2-3 days before your stay. You can enter. On the day of your stay, the PIN code for unlocking your room will be sent to your email address. Please unlock the door after 15:00 and enter the room. If you wish to check-in in advance, please write your email address in the remarks column.

 

Otherwise, come to the arrival lobby and check-in using a tablet. Please be sure to contact us if you will be checking in after the scheduled time.

 

*Currently, due to the Covid-19, the government is instructing us to ask the names and addresses of all guests.

There is no check-out procedure, so you can use it if you leave early in the morning. The staff will start cleaning after 10:00 when you leave the room.
